The Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) will be holding their 2023 National Conference, “Elevate to a Higher Level” in April of 2023. World Education staff will be presenting at a number of sessions as well as co-hosting the Digital Literacy & Technology Strand meet-up. More information will be shared on our blog soon.
