Advocacy for digital equity and inclusion, and education on the power of technology for learning

In today’s digital world, everyone needs technology skills to fully participate in life and thrive as learners, workers, family, and community members. Access to technologies and digital skills development is paramount as services and information, from employment and training to banking to healthcare, move to digital platforms. Across all of our projects, the EdTech Center promotes greater investments in technology and professional development for increasing access to instruction for the hardest to reach and accelerating learning, economic mobility and career advancement for all.

The EdTech Center advances digital equity and digital inclusion through a number of activities. For example, through the Digital Skills Library, we provide support to programs in integrating digital skills development into instruction and program delivery. Through Digital US, we champion affordable internet access and the use of digital navigators.
