The National College Transition Network (NCTN) developed a Career Coach Certification Course for the Virginia Community College System (VCCS), hosted by the ETC’s E-Learning platform. This 30-hour self-paced course serves as the cornerstone for a VCCS Career Coach Certification. ETC also offers online professional development courses, in self-paced and facilitated formats, for career coaches and navigators in other states that were also developed by NCTN.
