EdTech Strategy Sessions – BRIDGES Digital Skills Framework and Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

This month’s EdTech Strategy Session features two informative talks:

1. Exploring the BRIDGES Framework: Learn about the BRIDGES digital skills framework, an open and evolving framework aimed at enhancing digital equity. This lightning talk, presented by Jeff Goumas and Mary Gaston, will outline the framework’s components and how it can be used.
2. Understanding Universal Design for Learning: Gain insights into Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and its impact on creating inclusive learning environments in adult education. This talk, shared by Erin Vobornik, will discuss the key principles of UDL, practical applications, and strategies for implementing UDL.

Following the talks, participants have the opportunity to join the speakers in a breakout room for a group discussion from 2:00 – 2:30 PM EST. This session provides a chance to delve deeper into the topics, ask questions, and engage with the community.
