Rachel Riggs has worked as an ESOL and Family Literacy Adjunct Instructor and ESOL Instructional Specialist at Frederick Community College in Maryland. She also served as a board member with Maryland TESOL. Rachel has been a leader in the field, and she has vast expertise on topics such as remote instruction engagement strategies and creating Digital Literacy Action Plans for learners.
