Literacy Assistance Center: Strategies for Introducing New Vocabulary in the Virtual Classroom

Description: Learning and decoding new vocabulary is an essential skill that students can refine during virtual content-based instruction. During this interactive session, participants will explore and examine how specific remote learning strategies for vocabulary acquisition can further reinforce a student’s understanding of the form, meaning, and use of new vocabulary words.
