LINCS Presents — Digital Portfolios: Grow, Create, Reflect

Learn about the benefits of digital portfolios in the classroom, to showcase student growth, creativity, and reflection through 21st Century Learning Skills. In this hands-on session, participants will be walking away with lesson ideas for their classroom and making their own sample portfolio using Google Sites. Digital Portfolios provide students the opportunity to showcase their learning and skills to others, particularly in areas where traditional testing might not be able to best capture a students’ capabilities. It also allows the learner to focus on 21st Century Learning: digital and marketing skills necessary to be competitive in today’s world. Adult Learners can showcase their unique backgrounds and educational journeys to gain future career employment.
